1. General Information

Services are provided in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. By booking an appointment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
The salon's operating hours may differ from those listed on the website, social media, or the door information board, as we work strictly by prior appointment.

2. Health Status and Vaccination

The animal must be clinically healthy, clean, and free of contagious skin diseases, purulent inflammations, or external parasites.
The client confirms that the animal has a valid rabies vaccination (mandatory for dogs).
To ensure the safety of all clients, the provider reserves the right to refuse service if an illness or parasite infestation is suspected.
Sedation is not permitted in our salon—this service may only be provided by veterinarians.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or changes must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation or a "no-show," a fee of up to 50% of the service price may be charged.
We accept delays of up to 15 minutes. For longer delays, we reserve the right to refuse the client.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices in the price list are indicative. The final price may increase based on the complexity of the work (matted fur, difficult styling, aggressive behavior, etc.) and is often determined during the procedure. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

5. Safety and Liability

The client must inform the groomer of any health limitations or behavioral issues. We do not work with highly aggressive or uncontrollable dogs.
If a dog shows aggression, a muzzle may be used for safety. If the dog continues to pose a danger, we have the right to terminate the session and charge a proportional price for the work performed.
While accidents are rare, they can happen (e.g., minor nicks). You will be informed immediately of any incident. In serious cases, if the owner is unreachable, we will contact the nearest veterinary clinic. The salon is not liable for consequences resulting from withheld information regarding the pet's health or temperament.

6. Complaints

Complaints must be made immediately after the service. Complaints submitted after more than 7 days will not be accepted, as external factors (home care, allergies, accidents) may have occurred in the meantime. Please contact us immediately if any health issues arise after the procedure.

7. Additional Rules

• Exercise: Dogs must be walked before grooming. If a dog soils the salon, a 500 CZK fee is charged for cleaning and disinfection.

• Grooming Time: The duration is determined by the dog's needs. Rushing the groomer is unacceptable.

• No Interruptions: Please do not enter the salon or interrupt the groomer until you are called to pick up your dog.

• Late Pick-up: If you are late for pick-up after closing hours, an additional surcharge will be charged.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order without giving a reason.

8. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

The data controller is Krachylova Natalia, ID: 23678356. Personal data (name, phone, email) is processed solely for booking and service purposes. The website uses cookies for functionality and analytics. Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

9. Media and Presentation

The customer agrees to the photographing and filming of their pet for promotional purposes (website, social media) without compensation. If the customer does not wish for their pet to be recorded, they must inform the provider before the grooming begins.

Disclaimer

I confirm that my dog is in good condition, healthy, and fully vaccinated. I agree that Psí salon Módní pejsek is not liable for irritations, abrasions, or hair loss caused by pre-existing skin conditions or consequences arising from my failure to inform about the dog's health or behavior.
If my dog bites or attempts to bite, a muzzle may be used or the procedure terminated—and I will pay for the work performed up to that point.
If my dog causes injury to an employee or another client, I undertake to cover all resulting costs.
