Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can give your dog our full attention.

Please walk your dog before the session and bring some treats to keep them comfortable and rewarded.

We do not groom female dogs in heat (please contact us to reschedule).

Dental hygiene is performed only on cooperative dogs.

If parasites are found, we reserve the right to refuse service. If fleas are discovered, an additional surcharge for mandatory disinfection will apply.
